what others say about Re Frameโ€ฆ

OUR STORY

At Re-Frame, mindfulness, creativity, and connection come together to transform how we see ourselves and the world. Our therapeutic photography workshops in Cape Town offer a unique space to reimagine your story, empowering you to find new perspectives and embrace meaningful change.

Re-Frame was brought to life by three visionaries with a shared passion for using photography as a tool for healing and emotional growth. Natalie, a skilled photographer, brings a profound awareness of the โ€œlens as a coloniserโ€ and how it shapes narratives. Participants are challenged to reclaim their perspectives through the art of visual storytelling. Lenneke, a clinical psychologist, contributes her expertise in emotional growth, guiding participants toward greater self-awareness and resilience. Sue Ann, a social worker and family counsellor, weaves talk therapy into the workshops, creating a space for meaningful connection clarity and purpose.

We invite you to explore the profound impact of reframing your narrativeโ€”challenging assumptions, discovering untold possibilities, and embracing transformation.
